When can I pay for shipping?
We will be charging shipping via our Pledge Manager. The Pledge Manager normally becomes live about 2-3 months after the campaign ends.

The price for shipping is high? What is the size of the box?
The price of shipping is costly due to current rates, including merchant fees and more. We are actively working with our fulfillment partners to give the best cost to all backers. Localized shipping costs for individual counties will depending upon the number of backers in each country. The higher the number of backers, the better it will be.
The weight of the base game box is 6lbs (2.72kg) and measures approximately 14.5 x 12 x 4 inches. (364x304x100mm)

I’m backing from the European Union. Will I have to pay an additional VAT tax?
Yes, the VAT will be added to the Pledge Manager if applicable and calculated at a later date, closer to shipping.

What is the estimated delivery date of the game?
The estimated delivery date is on or before March, 2025. Unfortunately, the time it may take to produce depends on how many backers we have, stretch goals are completed, and the state of global affairs. We will keep you up to date on the progress. if we could get it shipped out in time for Christmas, 2024, we would! Time will tell.

What happens if I only pledge $1?
Pledging $1 allows you to follow the campaign, receive all Updates on the project, and gain access to the Pledge Manager on Kickstarter backer terms. If you decided to upgrade your pledge in the Pledge Manager to a higher level, all applicable Stretch Goals of the chosen level will be added to your pledge at that time. However, please note that Kickstarter exclusive items will be offered free of charge only to backers who pledge at least the Squire’s Pledge by the end of the campaign.

How do I include any of the available add-ons to my pledge?
This can be done during the live campaign by editing your pledge, or through the Pledge Manager when it becomes available after the campaign ends. Please note, all add-ons added after the end of the campaign will incur additional costs.

How many people can play the game?
The game is meant to be played by 1 to 4 players in the base game, or up to 6 players using the Extra Player’s Expansion (this expansion will be unlocked as a stretch goal).

Will you offer Late Pledge options if I miss the Kickstarter campaign?
All items featured in the campaign will remain accessible in the Pledge Manager until its closure. It is important to note, however, that the prices during this post-campaign period will higher than the campaign prices.

How many copies of the game can I pledge for? Is there a shipping discount?
We currently do not have any shipping discounts for multiple copies of the game, However, our “Base Game + Base Game” pledge is the cheapest way to buy two copies of the Base Game at one time. Additional shipping costs will be incurred, due to the weight.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
